Refunds & Exchange Policy

At Peanuts Play, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We carefully inspect all items before dispatch to ensure quality.

Due to hygiene reasons, hair accessories (including hair bows, hair pins, hair bands, and hair ties) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once delivered.

Exchanges or refunds are only applicable in the case of:
• Receiving a damaged item
• Receiving the wrong product

In such cases, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear pictures of the product and packaging. After verification, we will arrange an exchange or refund accordingly.

Please note:
• Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Sale or clearance items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
